Flexible Floor Bunding is manufactured from purpose-extruded foam encased in heavy-duty 900gsm yellow PVC. The PVC has very good general chemical resistance. For chemicals not suitable for use with PVC, this bunding can be custom made using an alternative geomembrane fabric. This bunding is secured to a sealed surface with adhesive to both keep it in place and stop liquids from passing under it. The triangular profile collapses down as vehicles drive over it and then springs back to shape after the vehicle passes. The foam will also compress under foot traffic.

This PVC drive over bunding is manufactured in a standard 75mm height which generates greater containment capacity in the case of smaller footprints.

Installation

Install the bund as is or reinforce the edges using aluminium flat bar or rubber strip. This is helpful when there is high frequency of vehicle traffic because it holds the flexible floor bunding more firmly in place. Corner pieces are available to create custom shaped bunded areas.
