Head piece for use with the Powered Air Purifying Respirators of the Dräger X-plore 8000 series. The welding visor protects its wearer from sparks and splashes as well as from harmful light rays that occur during welding. The specially designed air channel leads the air directly into the breathing area, preventing unpleasant drafts of air over the head and keeping the visor clear from fogging. The welding visor is equipped with an automatic welding filter. The darkening can be adjusted individually between the protection levels 9-13. In combination with Dräger X-plore 8000 approved according to EN 12941: 2009, protection level TH2. The Welding visor itself is approved according to EN 175 B (visor) and EN 379 (ADF).
